Well, folks, let me tell ya ’bout a man named Raul Meza Jr. You might’ve heard of him, and if not, well, it’s probably ’cause it’s a story you don’t wanna hear. This fella, he was born on October 14, 1960, over in the good ol’ United States, and he made quite the name for himself in a way nobody should want. He’s a serial killer, and let me tell ya, his story is one that’ll chill ya right to the bone.
Now, Raul, he wasn’t just some ordinary man, he was a real troublemaker from the start. Back in 1973, he started his criminal ways, and it didn’t stop for decades. He had a criminal record so long, I reckon you’d need a whole notebook just to write it all down. But it was in 1982 when he did something that really marked him as a danger to society. This man, he killed an 8-year-old girl named Kendra Page in Austin, Texas. Kendra was just a little girl, out there livin’ her life, and this fella took that all away. It’s heartbreaking to think about, isn’t it?
Raul didn’t stay locked up forever though. No sir, he got outta prison early in 1993. I reckon it’s a real shame, ’cause after he walked out, he caused more harm. People in different cities were upset, protestin’ and wonderin’ how he was out free again after what he had done. They say he admitted to killin’ a couple more folks after that, and he didn’t stop there. He even killed his own roommate! He was on a real spree, wasn’t he? It wasn’t until 2024 when they caught up with him again, and this time, they made sure he wasn’t gettin’ out.
Raul’s life was full of crime. He didn’t just stop with Kendra, and he didn’t stop with the roommate. He was involved in murders, rapes, and all sorts of ugly business. He pled guilty to two murders, and now he’s gonna spend the rest of his life behind bars, where he belongs. The courts made sure of that. And that’s where he should stay, locked up for good, where he can’t hurt nobody else. Ain’t no reason for someone like him to be out in the world again, causing more pain.
People might ask why someone like Raul Meza does the things he does. Well, it’s hard to understand, ain’t it? Sometimes folks, they just get lost. Maybe it’s the way they were raised, or the things that happened to ‘em. But one thing’s for sure, once you start down a path like he did, it’s hard to turn back. We just gotta hope that the law does what it’s supposed to do and keeps people like him locked up where they can’t hurt nobody else.
So, what do we learn from all this? I reckon it’s that we need to be careful and keep an eye out. We can’t always know who’s dangerous, but we can make sure they’re held accountable when they cause harm. We can’t let folks like Raul Meza walk free again. Kendra, and all the other victims, they deserved better. And we can’t forget their stories, no matter how hard it is to hear ‘em.
