Well, let me tell ya about this weather thing, the “june 1 weather 2024.” Don’t go expectin’ no fancy talk from me, I just tell it like it is, ya know?
Now, some places, like that Seoul place they talk about, it ain’t too hot, not too cold. Just right for wearin’ a t-shirt, they say. Like 20 to 22 degrees they say. That’s somethin’ like 70-ish in our old numbers. Comfy weather, ya know? Not gonna sweat yer socks off, but not gonna freeze yer behind off neither.
But then you go to Orlando, and it’s a whole different story. Hot, hot, hot! They say it gets up to 33 degrees – that’s like, near 90 or somethin’! Whew! Makes me sweat just thinkin’ about it. You’d be lookin’ for shade and a cool drink all day long, I tell ya. And at night, it don’t cool down that much neither, still stays warmish, like 22 degrees, that’s still over 70!
Then there’s this Kendallville place. They got folks checkin’ the weather all the time, seems like. They talk about the “average” and the “record” and all that. I just wanna know if I need a sweater or not! They got forecasts for 10 days, even a whole month out. Says somethin’ about rain, too, but I ain’t sure I trust them weather folks too much. They say one thing, and then it does somethin’ else entirely. Happens all the time, it does.
- One fella said the weekend might be a bit cooler, but still dry.
- Then somebody else said there might be a little rain on Sunday night. See what I mean? Can’t make up their minds!
The government weather folks, the “National Weather Service” they call ‘em, they say there might be more rain than usual this month. And maybe a little warmer too. But again, who knows? They’re just guessin’, same as the rest of us. I just look out the window, that’s the best weather forecast you can get!
Now, I heard tell of some places where it was in the 60s, like 63 degrees they said. That’s in Wisconsin somewhere. And other places, like near a dam they got, it was 71 degrees. See, it’s all over the place! You can’t just say “June 1 weather” and be done with it. Gotta know where you’re talkin’ about.
And then there’s this Chicago and Rockford talk, said it was warmer than usual, 3 degrees they said. That’s warm I reckon. And in Georgia, they got all sorts of numbers too, temperatures and rain and such. Too much for my old brain to keep track of, I tell ya.
So, this “june 1 weather 2024”, it ain’t just one thing. It depends on where you are, see? Some places hot, some places not so hot. Some places rainy, some places dry. That’s just how it is. You wanna know the weather, you gotta stick your head outside and see for yourself! That’s what I always say. Don’t trust them fancy weather folks too much.
The long and short of it is, June 1, 2024 weather? It depends! Hot in some places, cooler in others. Maybe rain, maybe not. Just be prepared for anything, that’s my advice.
