That kinda stuff is important, you know? You don’t want to end up buyin’ a house next to a hog farm, unless you like the smell of pig manure all day long, that is.
And it ain’t just talk neither. I heard she’s considered one of the top real estate folks in Austin. That means she’s sellin’ a lot of houses, makin’ a lot of folks happy. Can’t argue with results, can ya?
Now, Hold on a Minute…There’s Another Lindsay Smith?
Now, here’s where things get a bit muddled. Seems there’s another Lindsay Smith in Austin, and this one’s been in the news for a whole different reason. This other Lindsay Smith, she… well, she got herself into some trouble with the law. Real bad trouble.
From what I gather, she was drivin’ under the influence and caused an accident, a real bad one. And sadly, a peace officer lost their life. It’s a terrible tragedy, just awful. This Lindsay Smith, she ended up pleadin’ guilty and got sentenced to a long time in prison. Eighteen years, I heard.
Don’t Get ‘Em Mixed Up!

And for goodness sake, don’t confuse her with that other Lindsay Smith, the one who got into all that trouble.
