Alright, let’s talk about the weather, you know, like what’s gonna happen on October 12, 2024. I heard some folks talking about Seattle, that’s way over on the other side of the country, right? They say it gets kinda chilly there in October. Highs and lows, they call it. Means it gets warm sometimes and cold other times, I reckon. Like, one day you’re sweating, the next you need a big ol’ sweater.
They got these fancy machines at the airport, Seattle-Tacoma they call it. These machines, they keep track of the weather, all the numbers and stuff. Temperature, wind, you name it. They even look back at the weather from the past, like a history book, but for the sky! They say October in Seattle is kinda mixed, you know? Some days are warm, some are cold.
Now, I heard tell about this other place, Korea. That’s even further away than Seattle, I bet. They say it’s warm there in October during the day, but cold at night. Like 15 to 25 degrees during the day – that’s warm enough to go out without a coat, I guess. But then at night, brrr, it drops down to 5 or 15 degrees. You’d definitely need a blanket then. This is what they told me, mind you, I ain’t never been to no Korea.

They say Korea has all sorts of weather, just like here I guess. Spring, summer, fall, winter – the whole shebang. Spring is nice, they say. Summer is hot and sticky – ugh, I hate sticky! Fall is nice and cool, like a fresh breeze. And winter, well, winter is just plain cold, freezin’ cold.
Now, back to this October 12th business. If you’re in Seattle, it could be warm, could be cold, could be in-between. You gotta check those airport machines, they’ll tell ya. If you’re in Korea, it’ll be warm in the day and cold at night. See? Weather’s different all over. It ain’t the same everywhere, you know. One place it’s raining cats and dogs, another place the sun’s shining bright. That’s just how it is.
I tell you what, this weather talk is makin’ me tired. Too much thinkin’. All these numbers and places, it’s enough to make your head spin. But the important thing is, you gotta be prepared. If it’s gonna be cold, wear a coat. If it’s gonna be warm, wear a t-shirt. And if you don’t know, check them weather reports, or just look out the window. That’s what I do, most of the time, anyways. Window tells you more than any of them fancy machines sometimes.
So, for October 12th, 2024, wherever you are, just keep an eye on the sky and dress accordingly. That’s my advice. Don’t get caught out in the cold, and don’t go sweatin’ your pants off neither. Just be sensible, that’s all. And if you’re in Seattle, that airport, whatchamacallit, Seattle-Tacoma, they got the answers. They know what’s comin’. They got all them fancy history things too, tell you what happened last year, and the year before. Me? I just look at the sky and feel it in my bones, but that ain’t scientific enough for some folks, I reckon.
